The Superintendent's Email
As the
superintendent of the ROC Air Force Academy, I’m very pleased to meet you on the
Internet. Because of the great efforts made by my predecessors, this academy has
grown fundamentally solid and strong. Being the cradle of the future air force
officers, this academy has remained steadfast in its goals and ideals of
glorifying the “Jian-Qiao Spirit”-- the tradition of both pursuing excellence in
all we do and taking the responsibilities of serving our country unselfishly.
Management Master Peter F. Drucker considers that business
management is founded on the tenet of vision, belief, and strategy. Accordingly,
below are the educational objectives of this academy to be proposed:
The Shared Vision: fostering the best leaders for defending our country
The Communal Belief: enhancing the core values of integrity and
dedication through learning and innovation.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned educational
objectives, efficient strategy is employed to draw plans with implementation
feasibility.
The academy features a military education of diversity,
professionalism and openness with the emphasis on flying training,
rounded-character cultivation, and air force history. Therefore, receiving
education at this academy has become an indispensable experience of any ROC Air
Force officer. Bearing such conviction in mind, we are determined to meet any
challenge in the future, to sustain a passion for continuous improvement and
innovation in every respect of the education, to overcome all difficulties
ahead, and eventually to march into a better tomorrow. As a result, the armed
forces of our country will be exponentially fortified.
This website is established not only for those who are
concerned with the ROC Air Force Academy but also for those who are interested
in joining us with their earnest love for our country. It is thus most sincerely
wished that we can learn together, work together, and fulfill our dream
together.
