Results of the Evaluation on the First Year (2017) Management Outcomes of the Operation-Transfer Contract of the Aviation Education Exhibition Hall, Air Force Museum and Aircraft Exhibition Hall
DATE:2019-03-02I. This is in pursuant to Article 5.1 of the “Operation-Transfer Management Contract of the R.O.C. Air Force Academy’s Aviation Education Exhibition Hall, Air Force Museum and Aircraft Exhibition Hall”, jointly signed by the R.O.C. Air Force Academy and D. E Chung Hua Foods Co., Ltd. on December 15, 2016.
II. In accordance with No. 21 of the Guidelines on Evaluation of Management Outcomes of the Promotion of Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects, which was promulgated by the Ministry of Finance on March 28, 2017 via Tai-Cai-Cu-Zi Letter No. 10625506100, the results of the evaluation of management outcomes of private participation in infrastructure projects should be “disclosed on the information website of the competent authority agency”. Therefore, the Academy has announced the results of the Evaluation on the First Year (2017) Management Outcomes of the Operation-Transfer Contract of the Aviation Education Exhibition Hall, Air Force Museum and Aircraft Exhibition Hall on the information website of the Academy.
III. According to Kong-Guan-Xiao-Shi-Zi Letter No. 1070003791 issued by the Academy on June 25 of 2018, the results of the management outcome evaluation are as follow
- Title of the meeting: Evaluation Meeting on the First Year (2017) Management Outcomes of the Operation-Transfer Contract of the Aviation Education Exhibition Hall, Air Force Museum and Aircraft Exhibition Hall.
- Time of the meeting: May 31, 2018 14:00-17:00
- Venue: Aviation Education Exhibition Hall (Multimedia Meeting Room)
- Evaluation score: 78.3 (Based on the regulations of Article 2.2.6 of Section 2.2, Chapter 2 of the “Operation-Transfer Management Contract of the R.O.C. Air Force Academy’s Aviation Education Exhibition Hall, Air Force Museum and Aircraft exhibition hall”, the score result (79~70) indicated that the management outcomes was acceptable.
