1. Reception desk
Consultation and information (manuals or brochures, etc.) regarding museum visits and military talent/cadet recruitment are available here. Visit application, paging service, lost & found, and bag check are also offered, in addition to free wheelchairs, first aid kits, AED, masks, ear thermometers, disinfectants, drinking water, WiFi and computer devices.
2. Nursery Room
The museum has a nursery room for mothers to take care of babies.
3. Services for the mentally or physically challenged
The first floor exhibition area of the Museum and the outdoor Military Airplanes Display Area feature accessible space. Accessible parking spaces for cars and motorcycles, wheelchair ramps, and restrooms are also available.
4. Guided tour
Introductory films can be screened according to the nature of the group visits and the number of visitors.
5. Parking
Free parking is available.
Points for attention
For visitors to have a quality museum experience, please kindly observe the following rules:
1. Be dressed properly. Being shirtless, wearing undergarments only, or slippers are prohibited.
2. No pets or dangerous items.
3. No food and drinks. Keep your voice down. No spitting and littering.
4. No smoking and chewing betel nuts/gum.
5. Do not climb onto or touch the displays. Those found guilty are responsible for reimbursing the museum for damaged or lost items. Legal actions may be taken.
6. No chasing around.
7. To preserve the displays and protect intellectual property rights, taking photos and filming are prohibited in the museum. You can take photos or film in the Military Airplanes Display Area.
